Paramus Catholic High School reduced their IT budget by 20 percent when they switched from traditional PC computer labs to network-centric computing and thin clients in the classroom. They added 100 thin clients to their installed base of 400 PCs. With daily access to online resources, learning, and productivity applications, students have become savvy technology users and their teachers have more time to spend in small group instruction and one-to-one support. Paramus Catholic serves 1600 students. When technology integration became a priority for this private school, they found that their existing system would not scale to classroom deployment.
